Multi-Functional Quality Manager Responsible for managing the quality inspection team for F-16.What You Will Be Doing:
As the Multi-Functional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple functional areas in Production Quality, ensuring the effective implementation of quality management systems, and leading a team of quality professionals.Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessments and recognition/disciplinary actions. Managing resource allocation, work assignments, and establishing an effective business rhythm. Ensuring all aspects of quality for the assigned area of responsibility, including communicating quality requirements and expectations. Actively participating in risk and opportunity management processes and ensuring cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met. Ensuring effective implementation of quality requirements, metrics programs, and product acceptance and delivery processes.What's In It For You:

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and experienced quality professional with strong leadership skills, able to manage multiple functional areas and lead a team of quality professionals. You will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Able to look for ways to continually improve process using new technology solutions.Further Information About This Opportunity:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Demonstrated full spectrum leadership
- ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics
- Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work any shift as business needs require
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in Quality Management Systems (AS9100, AS9102, AS9145)
- Experience working with Government customers
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement
- Effective communication skills, i.e., written, oral, listening and technical writing

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
