Quality Supervisor Responsibilities:

Responsible for any assigned audits and documentation requirements. Daily reporting to Quality Manager about plant issues. Maintain and report key quality metrics. Train new leaders and inspectors in their job functions. Validate and assist in the development of verification and error proofing practices. Committed to achieving world class performance standards. Build strong working relationships with customer representatives. Provides excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external. Responsible for administering the Quality Assurance process consistent with customer specifications or requirements both on incoming materials and products. Participate in plant cost reduction/improvement program. Ensure compliance to plants policies and procedures. When any defects occur, determine which department is responsible and request action plan. Manage corrective actions for all processes. Follows-up with customer(s) as needed to ensure satisfaction with performance and quality.

Quality Supervisor Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. Excellent problem solving techniques. Experience with supervision and team development skills. Error proofing knowledge. Lean Manufacturing Practices knowledge. Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques. Understanding of

TS 16949.

Ability to give constructive feedback to improve performance. Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, written and presentation). Ability to work Off Shift.
