$120,000 Automotive Experience Required Tier 1 Automotive manufacturer seeking Quality Manager What You'll Do Maintain compliance with
IATF 16949, ISO
9001, and ISO 14001...manage customer complaints, containment, and corrective actions Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Oversee APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA... Track and improve quality metrics (PPM, scrap, rework, FPY) Lead and develop the quality team and support internal, customer, and third-party audits What You Need 5+ years of automotive quality leadership experience Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools Experience with OEM customers and supplier quality Background in Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement Bachelor's degree preferred What's in It for You Competitive salary + incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and holidays #MISC123
