What You Need Associate's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor's preferred) 5+ years of experience supervising quality teams in a manufacturing setting In-depth knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, inspection equipment, and quality assurance systems Background in machining processes, heat treatment, cutting tools, and metallurgical testing Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and

ISO 14001

standards and their application Skilled in SPC, MSA, capability studies, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone) Experience conducting internal and external audits Familiarity with lean manufacturing and error-proofing concepts Demonstrated leadership skills—ability to coach, motivate, and support quality teams across shifts Willingness to engage in hands-on support and equipment operation when needed What You Will Do Provide daily leadership and coaching to a team of Quality Technicians and Specialists across multiple shifts Oversee inspection, testing, and auditing operations to maintain compliance with

IATF 16949, ISO
