Seneca, SC Schedule for Quality Control Team Lead 3rd Shift; 10:45pm - 7:15am Sunday to Thursday 5 days with some OT required Please go to www.goforceone.com to put in your online application. The ForceOne Quality Control Team Lead is responsible to run operations and manage employees on a designated shift at a customer site. This involves ensuring the completion of inspections while adhering to all customer requirements as outlined in the work instruction and to performing re-verification of the inspection process. The Lead is responsible for completing and submitting required reports and documentation to their Field Supervisor daily. The Lead will train and develop inspectors on their shift and keep a consistent flow of communication between the inspectors and the on-site Supervisor.

Quality Control Inspector Qualification and Skills:

• Continuous improvement mindset
• Quality experience: inspection, sort, containment
• Comfortable working and communicating with customers daily
• Experience in leading or supervising employees
• Experience working with automotive suppliers or OEMs is a plus

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities and Duties:

• Setting up, managing and maintaining multiple projects in a manufacturing environment
• Work closely with customer to define the inspection criteria
• Write detailed work instructions for inspectors to follow
• Train and develop the inspection team
• Manage the project(s) until complete and customer satisfaction is attained
