Day:

Insight Global is seeking a full-time Quality Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing health supplements company based out of Summerville, SC. This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for Quality Control operations, including raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection, testing, and reprocessing activities. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of Quality Control inspection, sampling, testing, equipment readiness, and personnel development to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with cGMPs and applicable regulatory requirements. You will lead Quality Control Supervisors and inspection staff, partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams, and drives continuous improvement across Quality Control processes, capacity planning, and inspection effectiveness. The role requires strong technical judgment, people leadership, and the ability to balance compliance, operational efficiency, and business priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
