Assistant Quality Manager

AB_4956148 Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence? We are seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to serve as a key guardian of our product integrity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level quality strategy and daily operational execution. You will lead our QC/QA teams to ensure that every product leaving our facility not only meets but exceeds industry safety and compliance standards.

salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities  Helping develop and expand Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as

ISO 9001

 Coordinating and conducting internal, supplier, and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance  Investigating quality issues and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)  Managing quality assurance teams, providing training, and ensuring production schedules are met  Monitoring supplier performance through scorecards and audits to ensure material standards are maintained  Editing quality procedures and work instructions as needed for compliance and operational efficiency The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes Skills Problem Solving Inspection Decision Making Managing Quality Assurance Quality Control Product Inspection Monitoring Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
