Proven experience developing and maintaining ISO-certified Quality Management Syste ms.
Strong background in metal fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, or industrial equipment manufacturi ng.
Experience with NDT methods, quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improveme nt.
Ability to build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, and customer organizatio ns.
Engineering-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing experience strongly preferr ed.

The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), maintain ISO compliance, develop team capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction .This is an opportunity for a seasoned quality leader who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while helping elevate the quality function to support significant business growth .
