Full-Time What Your Day Looks Like You're leading quality across an entire region—balancing strategy and team development. Regional Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and support QA Managers to ensure consistent inspections and reporting Train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards, processes, and new techniques Promote accountability while fostering collaboration across departments Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor inspections to ensure uniform criteria and expectations across communities Analyze QA and warranty data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues Review warranty data and recommend operational or construction improvements Ensure consistent implementation of the Homeowner Guide across field teams Collaboration & Influence Partner with Construction, Warranty, Sales, and Municipal teams Provide feedback to Vice Presidents on specifications, plans, and field performance Maintain strong knowledge of building codes and industry best practices Planning & Accountability Develop and manage the QA department's annual budget Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow‑through meet company standards Are You the Right Fit? You'll thrive in this role if you: Are a confident, clear communicator—both in the field and in leadership settings Take ownership and hold yourself (and others) accountable Enjoy mentoring leaders, solving problems, and driving consistency Are comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on field involvement Have a valid driver's license and can travel as needed What You'll Bring High School Diploma plus 6-7 years of management experience in residential construction, general repair, or quality-related roles (or equivalent experience) Strong working knowledge of water intrusion, construction defects, and remediation Preferred certifications: TREC Certified Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector ICC Certification Proven experience working with homeowners and delivering strong customer service Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Guided by
