To date, we've expanded our diverse team to hundreds of employees, invested in multiple distribution facilities, introduced thousands of products, and earned the respect and business of retailers and designers worldwide. A testament to our products and our team, Loloi has earned the ARTS Award for "Best Rug Manufacturer" in 2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2023, and 2025. We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality standards and quality team at our warehouse/distribution operations in Lancaster until the launch of our new, state-of-the-art 1,000,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Ennis, TX (expected opening in August 2026) where the QC Manager will transition to being fully based on-site in Ennis, Monday through Friday. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the quality standards of product and process are always being maintained using a series of inspection standards. The Quality Control Manager will maintain the master sample gallery, keep records of performed inspections, work to resolve nonconformances, and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of quality control standards. In addition, the manager will also help ensure quality performance with associates through the creation and maintenance of work instructions, SOPs, and training.

Responsibilities Manages the inspection of products at key inbound/outbound points in up to 3 distribution centers Maintains records of all reports identifying issues Ensure high integrity records management practices (review documentation, archive records into the management system, assign record numbers, enter relevant information into the records management tracker, and provide information / reports on request) Provide recommendations for changes in inspection methods and frequency intervals Respond promptly to special requests for reprocessing, repackaging, etc. Work with Purchasing and Management to resolve any nonconformances found and ensure issues are resolved with the Weavers promptly Ensure the correct packaging of all products according to customer's Vendor Requirements Doc. and/or production standards of the company Inspect the quality of the product before being packaged Follow all security policies and procedures Manages the decision-making regarding disposition of nonconforming products Work with management team to create and maintain SOPs for all departments Assist with the training and onboarding of new associates Manage the setup and upkeep of the Gallery Address any unsafe conditions immediately Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Ability to train and give detailed direction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of proper inspecting procedures Takes initiative and works well independently Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints Able to work effectively with peers, and corporate leadership Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or business. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Quality Control. Preferred experience working in Inspectorio Preferred experience in QMS.
Working Environment:
This is a distribution position. The facility is not climate controlled, and subject to temperature changes in relation to the seasons. Dust and fiber are part of a warehouse environment. Loloi strives to maintain a clean, clear, and safe work environment and expects all employees to do their part in that effort. Loloi's rugs are produced using a variety of natural fibers, including wool, cotton, and jute. Employees will come into contact with these through the normal course of performing everyday job duties. Powered equipment is used throughout the distribution facility. Operation of this equipment may or may not be part of the job requirement, but employees must be aware of them in immediate and surrounding work areas.
