This role will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes, uphold rigorous quality systems, and foster a culture of excellence. Duties Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across the manufacturing facility to ensure adherence to FDA regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality systems, procedures and inspection forms to guarantee product safety and consistency. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee quality control processes, including sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and validation records. Lead root cause analysis investigations for product deviations or defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality through project management initiatives. Skills Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, GFSI (BRC or SQF) standards related to beverage manufacturing. Proven experience in conducting quality audits and implementing effective quality management systems. Expertise in quality inspection techniques, quality control procedures, and quality assurance practices within a manufacturing environment. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data trends and identify areas for process improvement. Effective project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing product safety and quality. Strong communication skills for training team members on quality standards and facilitating collaboration across departments. Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulatory requirements while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
