The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our BIM databases are accurate, efficient, and aligned with our project requirements, ultimately contributing to the success of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM databases for MEP systems including Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC components. Implement and manage processes for data entry, storage, and retrieval within BIM software. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective use of BIM tools and databases throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control checks on BIM data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Utilize tools such as Revit, Dynamo, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes. Develop and implement automation scripts to enhance efficiency within BIM processes. Provide training and support to team members on BIM database management and best practices. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in BIM, VDC, and MEP to continually improve database management practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in BIM management, specifically focused on MEP systems. Strong knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Autodesk, and associated tools like CADmep and CAMduct. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI. Familiarity with construction processes, quality assurance, and quality control practices. Strong scripting skills for automation purposes, preferably in Dynamo or similar. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
