Interim Quality Director Needed in Frisco, TX! The Position An Interim Quality Director is needed to support regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and performance oversight for a complex acute care hospital environment. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 13 FTEs. Key responsibilities include maintaining continuous survey readiness, supporting regulatory reporting, overseeing quality dashboards and tracking systems, partnering with plant operations during ongoing construction projects, and addressing quality and compliance concerns across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospital quality leadership, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness within an acute care setting. Experience supporting surgical services, women's services, labor and delivery, and NICU operations is highly preferred. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN; Master's degree preferred. Active RN license required. Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare quality leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting required. Prior experience with Joint Commission survey preparation, regulatory reporting, and performance improvement initiatives strongly preferred. $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
