Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the Operations Manager, manages the installation process, including training installation associates and monitoring installation quality using the company approved methods. Provides training to new associates to ensure knowledge and delivery of quality that is in alignment with our Signature Service brand promise. They will ensure the installation process associates are prepared and able to deliver flawless installation and service the first time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote/enable the "Difference Maker" motto with every interaction and conduct business according to the "Who We Are" document. Interview, hire, and train new Installation crews. Regularly visit installation work site projects to audit compliance to Certified Master Installer (CMI) protocols for each installation crews. Monitors in field quality for installations in adherence under the CMI protocols. Ensure homeowner satisfaction, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys, by training and coaching installation associates on technical capabilities using CMI methods. Occasionally assist Service Technicians with diagnosing and resolving escalated service issues. Assist office personnel with resolving scheduling issues as well as customer escalations etc. Stay abreast of new products and CMI techniques as provided by Renewal by Andersen (RbA) corporate. Provide product and installation feedback to RbA corporate as need for quality control. Partner with the Operations Manager and OTHER Quality Control Manager with identifying areas for improvement. Completes monthly one-on-one performance and quality reviews, product updates, tool and equipment quality, dress code, and other relevant information with installation crew leads. Support Sales department with installation knowledge and training.
  • Participate and support the ongoing sourcing, recruiting and selection of installation process associates.
Ensures annual certifications (Installers EPA sheet) is 100% up-to-date. The includes but is not limited to Renovators, Firm, Lead, and Certified Master Installer certifications. Ensure and monitor all 1099 installers are 100 % in compliance through MyCOI` Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Four-year college preferred; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Ability:
