Qualifications:
BS
  • Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering 8+ years' experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Management of industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred) Mandarin is a plus, able to travel overseas Strong knowledge of quality standards
  • ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Certification in quality assurance
  • ASQ, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, SPC (statistical process control) Strong familiarity with
FMEA, SPC, UL
certification, IEC 60950, 62368 Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during the development phase. Lead effort to design, document, and implement QMS for new facility Provide assistance for FA from RMA or address issues raised by clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, production, suppliers) to establish standards, processes, and guidelines that promote quality. Conduct risk assessments and process audits to identify potential quality issues early in the production lifecycle. Implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to minimize defects and enhance product quality. Conduct inspections and tests of products to identify quality issues during or after production. Develop and maintain QC checklists, test plans, and inspection procedures for materials, components, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
