Quality Control Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate willing to learn to eventually oversee our quality assurance and quality control processes within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate may have a background in quality management systems, compliance with FDA regulations, and experience with ISO standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is 100% onsite role. Responsibilities Implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards. Learn to conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee the quality inspection process using measuring instruments. Assist Supervisors and personnel with following SOP's and daily checklist completion. Implement vision inspection systems for enhanced product evaluation. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and improve production processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities and findings. Requirements Preferred experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485). Familiarity with HACCP principles and CGMP practices. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a QA/QC setting. Willingness to learn company processes and assist with implementing new process documentation. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly.
