Quality Management System. Implement, monitor, and maintain the QMS in accordance withISO 9001
2015 standards. Audits. Plan, conduct, and lead QMS audits, both internal and external. Close findings on time and verify corrective actions hold. QMS documentation. Develop, update, and manage compliance policies, QMS procedures, and work instructions. Own document control across the facility. Nonconformance and corrective action. Oversee internal and external NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented, verified, and effective. Problem log analysis. Track and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues, then communicate findings to leadership and the product development team so problems get fixed at the source. Cross-functional collaboration. Work with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve quality objectives across the build process. Regulatory and industry compliance. Ensure products meet applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay current on what changes. Supplier quality. Assess and qualify new suppliers, maintain the approved vendor list, and drive supplier corrective actions when issues arise. Calibration program. Supervise and maintain the calibration program for inspection and measurement equipment, including schedules, records, and out-of-tolerance handling. Quality KPIs. Promote quality performance through KPI development, tracking, and reporting. Share results with the Midland leadership team on a regular cadence. Training. Deliver training sessions on quality standards, QMS procedures, and inspection methods so the team has the skills to do the work right. Continuous improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean manufacturing principles, with quality data driving the priority list.WHAT YOU BRING
Required 5+ years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience, preferably in oil and gas, oilfield services, compression, or drilling equipment environments. High school diploma or GED required. Working knowledge ofISO 9001
2015 standards and audit experience. Demonstrated experience managing QMS, inspection, calibration, and NCR processes in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances, weld symbols, GD&T, and hydraulic and electrical schematics. Strong documentation skills with proven ability to build clean Manufacturing Record Books and data packages. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Hands-on, floor-ready: comfortable in a shop environment and willing to spend time at the inspection table, not behind a desk.Pay:
