$85,000•$100,000 (based on experience) Position Overview Our client, a respected manufacturer in the manufactured housing industry , is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain quality assurance standards across their production operations in Navasota, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 5 Quality Inspectors Ensure full compliance with HUD codes and regulations for manufactured housing Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished homes Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve product quality Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to quality standards and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits

Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in the manufactured housing industry Strong working knowledge of HUD codes and compliance standards Experience managing or supervising quality or inspection teams Solid understanding of quality systems, inspection methodologies, and continuous improvement principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to lead teams, influence change, and maintain a high standard of accountability Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus Why This Opportunity?
