Job Description
job summary: Join a premier builder in Texas renowned for their commitment to precision and excellence in the Data Center/Mission Critical space. As a Quality Manager, you won't just monitor compliance; you will lead the strategic bridge between technical standards and field execution. Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work adheres to design intent as well as IBC and ASTM standards.
Maintain a presence in the field 60 percent of the time to oversee subcontractor quality, conduct daily audits, and manage documentation such as daily logs and Non Conformance Reports.
Lead ground up mission critical/data center projects through to turnover while coordinating with MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning and testing phases to ensure contract compliance.
Requires 5 plus years of large scale commercial or industrial quality management experience with 3 of those being Data Center builds, technical proficiency in Procore, and an OSHA 30 certification or the desire to obtain one. #LI-OH1 The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 5 years of experience
