Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Quality Control Manager to lead our analytical testing laboratory and oversee the daily workflows of our dedicated QC team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and validate analytical methods for APIs and finished drug products utilizing instrumentation like HPLC and GC, while managing compliance, laboratory investigations, CAPAs, and FDA audit readiness. To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor s degree or higher in Chemistry (or a related discipline), 10+ years of experience in a QC or Analytical Chemistry laboratory, and at least 3+ years in a GLP/GMP environment, alongside demonstrated leadership capabilities. We offer a competitive salary range of $87,500 - $105,000 USD, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and a company-matching 401K within an inclusive, people-first work culture.
