Summary:

The Quality Control Manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control operations within a food production and packaging environment. This role will support food safety compliance, laboratory operations, process controls, SOP management, sanitation programs, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards. As a Quality Control Manager, you will: Supervise QA/QC operations, laboratory activities, sanitation programs, and quality processes within a food manufacturing environment Oversee raw materials, water treatment, syrup blending, microbiological processes, and finished product quality standards Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations Monitor production and warehouse operations to maintain product safety, quality, and compliance standards Coordinate quality-related schedules, inspections, audits, and compliance activities with internal teams Oversee daily QA/QC inspections and ensure products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements Write, update, and maintain SOPs and quality documentation procedures Supervise accurate reporting, documentation control, and record retention activities Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on food safety, quality, and operational efficiency Promote GMP compliance, food safety awareness, and quality standards across all departments

Qualifications:

Experience within food manufacturing, beverage production, or packaging environments Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory compliance Experience supervising quality, laboratory, or sanitation personnel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work within fast-paced production environments Proficiency with

Microsoft Excel and Word Education:

Bachelors degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred Equivalent industry experience considered
