Job Description

Quality Building Maintenance is a growing company leading the way to a better janitorial experience. We currently have an opening for ONE (1) Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to work approximately 20 hours/month (5-10 hrs/week), mainly in the evenings. This position is responsible for training new employees on janitorial/cleaning procedures at our various commercial locations, managing teams of cleaning personnel, serving as a liaison between our clients and cleaning staff, collaborating with the Senior Manager, and ensuring that the Quality Building Maintenance standards are being maintained. Must be available and approachable to provide direction to current employees, as well as maintain open communication with our clients. Travel around Cache Valley is required and reliable transportation is a must. The evening hours will vary each week and the ideal candidate will have flexibility in their evening availability. Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. We strive to maintain a work culture where employees feel valued and supported!

Responsibilities Train new employees, submit reports to management, manage supplies/equipment at various work sites, travel to various work-sites in Logan to ensure proper cleaning routines are being implemented and provide direction or additional training when needed. Maintain an open line of communication with clients. Use independent judgment to quickly and efficiently resolve concerns or issues of employees or clients. Collaborate with management. Must have a smartphone with the ability to clock in and out via our free app Experience in managing or supervising others Self-starter and self-motivated Must be able to physically perform all functions of the job and lift 30 lbs Must have reliable transportation Must be professional and friendly Must take pride in your work Must have attention to detail! Must be able to commit to at 1 year
