Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Manager and lead the charge in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across all production stages. Your expertise will drive excellence in product quality, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of precision and accountability. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations. Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Oversee quality control procedures, including inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process to identify and resolve issues proactively. Ensure adherence to safety standards such as HACCP and CGMP during all production activities. Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to continuously improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development projects to integrate quality assurance from inception through launch. Provide leadership in training staff on quality systems, inspection techniques, and compliance requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness. Skills Extensive knowledge FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and
ISO 9001
standards. Proven experience conducting quality audits and implementing effective corrective actions. Strong background in manufacturing environments with expertise in quality control, inspection, and assurance processes. Excellent analysis skills for identifying issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvements. Project management capabilities to lead continuous improvement initiatives efficiently. Exceptional communication skills for training teams and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
