We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our manufacturing operations. Position Summary The QA Manager will oversee all quality assurance activities, maintain compliance with cGMP and FDA requirements, support audits, manage documentation systems, and ensure products meet established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) Ensure compliance with

FDA 21 CFR

Part 111, Part 117, cGMP, HACCP, and internal SOPs Review and approve batch records, specifications, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls Oversee raw material approvals, in-process controls, and finished product release Lead internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections Manage investigations related to non-conformances, complaints, and out-of-specification results Support environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, and food safety programs Work closely with Production and Operations to improve quality systems and manufacturing controls Supervise QA personnel and provide training to support compliance across departments Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen overall quality culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field preferred 5+ years of QA leadership experience in dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, HACCP, and audit management Experience with dietary supplement manufacturing, particularly gummies, liquids, tinctures, or softgels preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and documentation skills Preferred Certifications PCQI Certification preferred HACCP Certification preferred Internal Auditor training a plus Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package Paid time off Advancement opportunities
