Responsibilities Supervise roofing installation crews to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Implement quality control procedures, identify issues promptly, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain high standards. Collect data on project progress, material usage, and inspection outcomes to support ongoing analysis and reporting. Collaborate with construction management teams to plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines. Review construction contracts and specifications to ensure compliance throughout the installation process. Perform detailed construction site inspections, analyze findings, and document results for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on roofing or related building trades. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, safety protocols, and quality control processes. Experience in conducting quality inspections and analyzing inspection data for process improvements. Familiarity with contracts, specifications, and data collection methods relevant to construction projects. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Construction inspection experience is highly desirable; certifications in construction or quality management are a plus.
