Preferred Experience Experience with PPAP methodology Automotive or other regulated manufacturing experience Hands-on experience with: Control Plans PFMEA Gauge R&R Process capability 5-Why and 8D problem-solving methodologies Exposure to shop-floor safety practices and safety coordination Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or quality control leadership role Strong leadership skills in a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement Self-starter capable of working independently and managing competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience a plus Salary and Benefits Salary commensurate with education and experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Paid vacation and sick leave
