This is a highly visible leadership role within a complex, regulated manufacturing environment supporting aerospace and industrial turbine markets. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processes and high‑performance materials , influencing quality strategy across operations while mentoring and developing a high‑impact quality team. Position Overview The Quality Manager provides leadership over quality systems, audits, compliance, and process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role partners cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Customers to embed disciplined quality practices, improve performance metrics, and foster a proactive quality culture. AS9100, ISO

9001, Nadcap , and customer requirements Serve as the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) leader, driving root cause analysis and sustainable solutions Own and lead internal and external audit programs Act as the Customer Advocate / Voice of the Customer , managing customer interactions and quality requirements Lead contract review and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction and process improvement initiatives Standardize quality metrics, best practices, and reporting across operations Partner cross‑functionally to ensure effective communication and execution of quality initiatives Leadership & Competencies Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and influence across functions Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to objectively analyze issues and implement corrective actions High ethical standards with the confidence to stand by sound quality decisions Data‑driven mindset with experience using KPIs to drive continuous improvement Ability to coach, mentor, and develop quality professionals while building succession plans Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum 7 years leading a quality department or team Minimum 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment At least 5 years of auditing experience in an
