- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems across the facility
- Establish and enforce procedures and work instructions to ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Drive standardization of quality metrics and best practices throughout the organization
- Serve as a key leader in corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality issues proactively
- Manage and oversee internal and external audit programs to maintain certification and continuous compliance
- Direct contract review processes and advanced product quality planning to effectively translate requirements to the operational level
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing quality and continuous improvement across all departments
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing the cost of poor quality and enhancing overall operational performance Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS) required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing a quality department or team
