Quality Control Manager Job Description Join a dynamic team to oversee the construction of a metal building shell from the ground up, located next to a school on the Quantico Naval Base. The project involves collaboration with 7 to 8 subcontractors. Your role will be to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, review the scope of work, and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Review and uphold quality standards of the project. Communicate progress in meetings. Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Essential Skills 5 years of combined experience in Quality Control Management, Superintendence, or Project Management. QCM Certification OSHA 30 Certification Proficiency with Microsoft software including typing RFIs and emailing subcontractors and clients. Additional Skills & Qualifications First Aid/CPR Certification Additional certifications such as

are a bonus. Work Environment Work will be performed on-site at Quantico Naval Base in Virginia. This role involves collaborating with subcontractors and ensuring all operations meet the highest standards. The company is a growing SDVOB, expanding through new joint venture contracts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quantico, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.07/hr.
