~$178/day (as applicable) Overtime eligible Bonus Opportunities About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced Quality Control (QC) professionals to support large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for mission-critical environments . This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team on complex builds where quality, safety, and execution are critical. What You'll Do As a QC professional, you will lead and execute the project's quality control program, ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, and client expectations. Participate in pre-construction planning meetings with project leadership Develop and manage Features of Work (FOW) tied to project schedules Execute the 4 Phases of Control (Planning, Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up) Conduct and oversee field inspections and material compliance reviews Track and resolve deficiencies, punch list items, and corrective actions Maintain all QC documentation, reports, and inspection logs Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in: Data center construction (preferred) OR mission-critical / large-scale commercial construction Experience working on federal or government projects (USACE, NAVFAC) is a major plus Strong understanding of construction quality control processes Familiarity with CSA and MEP systems Knowledge of building codes, NEC, and NFPA standards Ability to manage documentation, inspections, and reporting effectively
Required Certifications:
