RFA PM (Request for Assistance PM)

PM Roles & Responsibilities:

Guide customers through secure M365 onboarding using FastTrack Interpret release changes and produce deployment notes and remediation guidance Ensure compliance, RBAC safety, documentation, and adoption insights Strong M365 expertise with structured communication and problem‑solving skills

Preferred:

multi‑workload, identity/CA remediation, adoption and FastTrack experience Govern RFA intake and routing; manage quality, escalations, and SLAs Interface with CEM Leads, PMs, Engineering, and Partners Perform RFA quality checks and support rollout of new rules, tools, and AI checks Microsoft 365 technical expertise across workloads PM/Agile delivery and release/change coordination Strong reporting, analytics, and customer communication Continuous improvement and change adoption Stakeholder and escalation management RFA process and policy expertise Quality assurance and audit readiness
