This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of quality control and inspection on construction sites, ensuring that projects meet rigorous standards, specifications, and contractual obligations. Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust quality systems, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold regulatory adherence, and foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization. Development and implementation of the CQMP 2. Evaluating and ensuring sufficient inspection coverage performed by the QC Inspectors, 3. Conducting quality meetings 4. Attending progress meetings 5. Approving IDRs 6. Issuing Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) 7. Planning and managing construction Quality Control (QC) Inspectors 8. Coordinating with the Independent Testing Laboratories 9. Performing and coordinating root cause analysis on nonconformance Work and monitoring the subsequent Corrective and Preventive Actions 10. Lead quality audits across manufacturing facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 11. Oversee quality inspection processes to verify product specifications, identify defects, and ensure consistent product quality. 12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control procedures that support manufacturing efficiency and product integrity. 13. Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. 14. Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, regulatory updates, and best practices in quality assurance and control. 15. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for senior management review. Skills Proven experience in conducting quality audits within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques and quality assurance protocols. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data trends and implement effective improvements. Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
