293250562 Job Description Axon Enterprise, Inc. Own end-to-end release management for RTO products, ensuring all releases meet quality and compliance standards. Define, implement, and maintain release requirements, checklists, and best practices. Drive automation for release workflows, validation, and deployment processes. Coordinate QA and validation testing schedules; assess release readiness based on results. Develop and execute rollout and rollback strategies for production environments. Monitor post-release performance through dashboards, metrics, and alarms to detect and resolve issues proactively. Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns to leadership with recommended mitigations. Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and engineering teams to align releases with roadmap objectives. Enforce operational excellence standards for uptime, performance, and reliability. Communicate release plans, updates, and impacts across distributed global teams.
Salary:
$150,550.00-$225,600.00. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, company-paid life/AD&D & disability. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related and 5 years of experience including 5 years experience in release management, DevOps, or technical program/project management required.
