Health & Biosciences:

This role is based at our Beloit, WI plant. This is an on-site role. You will be part of a collaborative, solution-oriented and safety-focused manufacturing team where together we can achieve excellence and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Lead and develop the site Quality team, fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Drive compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), quality, food safety, regulatory and permit requirements Own and continuously improve the site Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, including training and internal audits Manage quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure finished products and raw materials meet IFF standards Oversee product release, non-conformance investigations, customer complaints, and corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all manufactured products Manage site certifications includingISO 9001, FSSC
22000, Kosher and Halal, and support external audits Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality-related issues Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, service and cost efficiency What Makes You the Right Fit Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communication skills Bachelor's degree with 5+ years industrial experience OR high school diploma with 10+ years manufacturing experience and 3+ years leadership Proven ability to lead teams and influence change Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance Data-driven and action-oriented mindset Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform physical requirements safely How Would You Stand Out? Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, & Medical Device manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, particularly a ISO9001 food grade environment Experience in liquid manufacturing or processing environments. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Familiarity with RCFA, PSM, 5S and Continuous Improvement methods Why Choose Us?
