Responsibilitie Own and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement Serve as

Management rep and lead internal and external audit activities Lead the Material Review Board process, including disposition decisions for non-conforming material Manage and develop a small but high-impact quality team, including Quality Engineers, a Quality Supervisor, and inspection staff Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to eliminate recurring quality issues Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturability and consistency Lead supplier quality initiatives, working cross-functionally with procurement and global suppliers to improve performance and reduce defects Oversee customer complaint investigations and ensure timely, structured resolution of quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, inspection, and quality systems using structured tools (SPC, PFMEA, DOE, etc. Provide quality leadership support to international manufacturing operations to ensure global alignment of standards and practices Monitor key quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce scrap, and strengthen process capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environment Proven leadership experience managing/mentoring a quality team Experience with
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems, including acting as Management Representative Background in mechanical, industrial manufacturing, machining, or similar high-volume production environment Strong supplier quality experience with demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements across the global supply chain Experience working in multi-site or globally distributed manufacturing environments Familiarity with quality systems and analytical tools such as ERP platforms ms
