This leadership role will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to drive product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Leadership Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Compliance functions. Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives. Mentor and develop Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Quality Systems & Compliance Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits. Oversee CAPA, document control, management reviews, and quality system effectiveness. Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. Customer & Supplier Quality Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Serve as the escalation point for significant customer quality concerns. Develop supplier quality strategies and lead supplier audits and improvement initiatives. Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement effective process controls. Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. Support new product launches and quality planning activities. Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) activities and disposition decisions. Monitor key quality metrics and drive measurable improvements. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field. 8+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of:
ISO 9001 APQP PPAP SPC MSA CAPA
Root Cause Analysis Internal & External Auditing Supplier Quality Management Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Master's degree in a related field. ASQ Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, etc.). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
