This position is responsible for periodic review of internal control procedures. Periodically review processes in order to identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and/or accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw material, work in progress and finished goods Review existing business processes and internal control procedures to identify inefficiencies and evaluate effectiveness Coordinate findings of reviews and audits with Supervisor or Production Manager Assist Supervisor or Production Manager to investigate customer complaints Notify any problem or alert to supervisor or Production Manager Quarantine nonconforming products and advise supervisor or production manager for disposition Document and control quality findings and data in paper or electronic records (if available) Maintains the organization system that is in place including prioritization of work Responsible for keeping a clean work area Could be asked to support other parts of the operations including, catching, embroidery, pulling, packaging, warehouseRequired Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience 1 year of related experience in Quality Control or Document Control Experience in identifying existing process improvementRequired Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to read and write (understand work orders, mockups and instructions in job packet) Must have the ability to identify colors Basic Math Skills (addition, subtraction, division, etc.) Be able to work quickly and efficiently Attention to detail is a MUST Have a positive attitude and able to follow instructions Be on time for work at all times (your shift) Maintain work area clean at all times (Before and After your shift) Maintain safe work environment and report any safety issues to your supervisor May be required to work weekends (Saturdays) and or overtime during busy period Candidates with knowledge in graphic arts are preferred, but not requiredPhysical Demands:
Hands-on, fast paced printing production environment Standing on your feet for a long period of time 8-10 hours per day Will be exposed to warm or cold temperature Must be able to lift up to 35lbs - 50lbs.Similar remote jobs
