Pay Rate:

Up to $55,000 per year, based on experience and education.

Shift available:

1st shift; 730am

• Employee purchase pricing on auto, power sport, and bicycle tires. What's a typical day as Quality Lead? You'll be:
• Planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities of associates engaged in Quality Control, reporting to the Quality Control Manager.
• Conducting pre-shift meetings with the Quality Assurance team about Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Overseeing quality assurance and control throughout the company, ensuring compliance with established procedures. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (required).
• Have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment setting up, operating, and troubleshooting calibration equipment.
• Possess at least five years of related work experience in Quality Management (highly preferred).
• Have experience with ISO Quality & Management Systems (required).
• Exhibit excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
