In this position, you'll work closely with our Quality Assurance Supervisor and Shift Supervisor to keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll be a goto resource for your team-coaching, coordinating, problemsolving, and ensuring our standards are met with care and consistency.

You'll be a goto resource for your team-coaching, coordinating, problemsolving, and ensuring our standards are met with care and consistency.
What You'll Do:
You'll play a vital role in maintaining product quality, supporting your team, and keeping our facility running at its best.Your daytoday work will include:
Inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting complex product quality issues Coordinating and assigning daily tasks to QA staff, ensuring clarity and efficiency Training and mentoring team members while monitoring performance Pitching in wherever needed-whether it's rework, cleaning, or improvement projects Documenting issues, solutions, and shifttoshift communication Maintaining lab equipment, chemical inventory, and supply orders Supporting system evaluations and recommending improvements Inspecting and testing water treatment systems Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and upholding GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards Monitoring and maintaining wastewater treatment Communicating effectively with supervisors and managers across the plant Stepping in to perform technician or blender duties when neededDISCLAIMER

We're looking for someone who is both technically skilled and peoplefocused.The ideal candidate has:
A high school diploma (or equivalent) plus technical training in microbiology or chemistry At least five years of experience working with products, equipment, and production processes Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and motivate others A working knowledge of water treatment processes A proactive mindset and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
