Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through support to FAA programs. As a trusted partner to the Federal Aviation Administration, Peraton delivers systems and services that help maintain safe, reliable, and modern airspace operations across the country. Peraton is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance / Mission Assurance Process Analyst to provide senior-level quality leadership across complex, high-visibility FAA programs. This role is intended for an experienced professional who can advise leadership, shape quality strategy, oversee quality execution across multiple workstreams, and ensure program compliance with customer, contractual, and internal quality requirements. This position in in Alaska and will have travel requirements to remote sites and work in office in Anchorage. In this position, you will: Serve as a senior quality advisor to program leadership on quality strategy, compliance risks, and process improvement opportunities. Lead development, implementation, and oversight of program-level quality assurance processes and standards. Oversee quality performance across multiple functional areas, workstreams, or subcontractors. Review significant deliverables, quality trends, audit results, inspection outcomes, and corrective action status to assess program health and readiness. Advise leadership on quality risks, recurring deficiencies, and recommended corrective or preventive actions. Lead or support inspections, audits, assessments, and corrective action activities to monitor subcontractor work quality and compliance. Ensure quality documentation, records, and reporting are maintained in accordance with contractual, customer, and internal requirements. Support integration of quality requirements into program execution, planning, subcontractor oversight, and deliverable development. Establish and monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision-making. Mentor junior quality staff and promote consistency, discipline, and best practices across the program. Support customer engagements related to quality performance, compliance posture, and process maturity.QUALIFICATIONS U.S.
Citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and 16 years of directly related experience. Extensive experience in quality assurance, process analysis, compliance, program quality oversight, or related leadership roles in a federal or highly regulated environment. Experience advising leadership on quality, compliance, risk, and process improvement matters. Experience leading audits, corrective action programs, or enterprise/program-level quality initiatives. Experience overseeing quality performance across complex teams, functions, or subcontractors. OSHA safety training/certification appropriate to field and construction support activities, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe. Ability to work safely in field environments, including remote and austere locations. Ability to support work in Arctic conditions and extreme weather environments. Willingness and ability to travel to and work at remote sites, including camp-based living arrangements with limited amenities, as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting. Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting FAA or other large federal modernization programs. Experience overseeing quality in aviation, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or mission-critical operations. Familiarity withISO 9001
2015 quality principles and quality management systems. Experience supporting quality assurance in construction, field execution, infrastructure, or other technically regulated environments. Construction-related quality certification, training, or equivalent experience preferred, such asUSACE/NAVFAC
CQM, CCQM, CQE, or similar. Experience with subcontractor quality oversight and multi-discipline program execution. Relevant quality, audit, or project management certifications preferred.DETAILS Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.Benefits Statement:
