Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and drive excellence across our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production lines to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards. Perform detailed quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications. Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures within the manufacturing environment, supporting the development and maintenance of effective quality systems. Collect and analyze data related to product defects, process deviations, and inspection results to identify trends and root causes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Document inspection findings accurately, prepare detailed reports, and maintain meticulous records of all quality activities. Support training efforts by educating team members on QA/QC protocols, quality management practices, and safety standards. Experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies such as ISO or Six Sigma is preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits, inspections, and data collection with precision. Excellent analysis skills with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. Familiarity with QA/QC tools, techniques, and documentation practices essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
