We're firing up production in our 61,000 sq ft bakery facility, crafting the delicious bakery treats Millie Ray & Sons is known for. As we grow, we're building a team that cares about quality, food safety, and doing things the right way. If you're looking for a growth opportunity, this may be the perfect position for you! What You'll Do This is a production‑floor QA role — you'll be right where the action happens. Arrive before production starts to complete pre‑op inspections, ATP testing, and equipment checks Perform quality checks throughout the day (weights, labels, temps, visuals, documentation) Conduct daily and weekly environmental swabbing (EMP) Support allergen verification, sanitation checks, and food safety monitoring Work closely with production to keep our products safe, consistent, and delicious Monitor employee actions for compliance with safety and qaulity standards Help maintain SQF‑ready documentation and records Jump in where needed — we're a growing facility and teamwork matters What You Bring QA experience (food manufacturing facility will bump you to the higher pay range) High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Ability to read, complete, and follow paperwork Day in the Life 6:00 AM
  • Pre‑op inspections and calibrations, ATP, equipment checks 7:00 AM
  • Production starts; first round of quality checks Mid‑morning
  • Continue quality checks throughout day, inspect truck and materials at receiving Afternoon
  • EMP swabbing, paperwork, follow‑ups with production End of shift
  • Final checks, documentation, prep for next day
Pay:
$15.00
  • $21.
00 per hour
