Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Weighing trucks, recording all information in a computerized weighing system

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities Perform scaling and ticketing of trucks loading in/out of the facility Perform various clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing Receive and relay telephone messages and calls Remain current on changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings Miscellaneous job duties and projects as assigned Provide Customer Service to all walk in customers Maintain the scale house by keeping the area clean/organized Qualifications Computer Experience a must and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have desire to learn and be willing to undertake job responsibilities Attention to detail High School diploma or GED equivalent required A stable work history Must be able to understand and follow oral and written directions

SCALE HOUSE EXPERIENCED PREFERRED

Physical Requirements This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary Benefits Health Dental Vision
