EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Employee must have working knowledge of manufacturing environment. High School Diploma/GED

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets basic instructions and required documents. Has the ability to respond and communicate complicated instruction and basic directions. Ability to read and interpret work instructions/general production information written and communicated in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic mathematics.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The employee is required to stand, walk, lift, and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Standing for an extended period of time. Assembles boxes on pallets and places lids on box when complete. Must be able to bend over and pick up debris and material. Possible release agent material, anti-squeal and dust particle exposure in the environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal amount of sitting and standing, above average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer. Works with supervisor, shift lead and line leads. May have interaction with quality, process and maintenance personnel. Works as a team with fellow employees on the production line.
