Our housekeeping team works hard to deliver a 5-star guest experience, and we need a final set of eyes to ensure every property is guest-ready and up to our standards. This role is all about consistency, quality, and making sure nothing gets overlooked.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspecting vacation rental homes and condos after each clean Verifying every item on our detailed 5-star cleaning checklist Making sure beds are perfectly made, kitchens are spotless, and every space feels guest-ready Noticing and reporting maintenance concerns before guests ever walk through the door Working closely with our housekeeping team to maintain consistent, high-level standards
