Key Responsibilities We are on the lookout for a Senior Property & Casualty Auditor . Davies's Property and Casualty Audit Solutions division conducts approximately 300 audits annually, covering various types of audits within the Property & Casualty industry, including claim audits, underwriting file reviews, TPA audits, Cover holder MGA/carrier audits, reinsurance audits, premium audits, and compliance audits. As the Senior Property & Casualty Auditor, you will be responsible for developing customized audit plans tailored to client's needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized auditing experience.Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct complex and high-level audit
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance
- Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations

- Perform other duties as assigned This is a full-time, home-based position that may require some travel. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred (associate or bachelor's degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience
- Technical underwriting experience required
- 10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred
- 5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired
- Experience with the London market is a plus
- Independently perform detailed claim audits
- Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills
- Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
- Some travel required
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes
