Job Description

Maven is a defense contractor producing mechanical parts for the military. We have recently opened a new facility in Huntsville and are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate is one who has the right skills for the job, and who wants to work for a company that offers a competitive salary, great benefits, and the ability to grow while still providing all the benefits of working at a smaller business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Able to read and interpret military drawings and specifications.  Able to measure and inspect parts (GD&T) to confirm dimensional compliance.  Prepare certification packages for US Government source inspectors.  Familiar with CMM equipment such as FARO or Romer Arms to perform 3D inspection.  Familiar with
AS9100/ISO9000
quality management systems.  Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, use good judgment in decision-making, and demonstrate critical-thinking.
QUALIFICATIONS
 Minimum of three (3) years of Quality experience preferred in military or aerospace environment.  Associates degree preferred. High School diploma required.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
