Electronics test and debug role focused on assembly troubleshooting, programming equipment, schematic interpretation, microscope inspection, quality system compliance, and defect documentation. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of hands-on test/debug experience in the electronics assembly field AS9100 program requirements training Ability to become certified to
J-STD-001
with Space Addendum Experience using schematics to debug products Experience using multiple types of programming equipment Knowledge of component identification and polarity Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, documentation, and requirements Basic mechanical assembly skills Ability to perform repetitive work Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to safely operate various types of test equipment Ability to lift and carry at least 35 pounds for short distances Preferred Skills Electronics assembly testing experience Electronics assembly debugging experience Microscope inspection experience Experience with failure and defect documentation Experience cleaning electronic parts and assemblies Experience maintaining technical recertifications Quality Management System experience Customer documentation interpretation experience Job Responsibilities Perform test and debug of electronic assemblies in an engineering services lab Use multiple types of programming equipment Use schematics to debug products Document operations performed Follow Quality Management System requirements Perform test operations according to training and customer requirements Interpret customer-supplied documentation and drawings Inspect electronic components and assemblies using a microscope Verify assemblies meet specific requirements Clean parts and assemblies at various stages of production using cleaning devices and equipment Complete and maintain records of failures and defects Maintain technical recertification as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned
