Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position Title :

QC Stipend :

$70,000-80,000/year

Responsibilities :

Quality System Management:

Maintain and manage automotive industry Quality Management Systems (QMS), including

IATF 16949.

Defect Analysis and Improvement:

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and prepare corrective action reports, including 8D Reports.

Inspection Process Management:

Establish and manage quality standards throughout the entire inspection process, from incoming raw material inspection to final product shipment inspection.

Process Quality Audits:

Perform quality audits of in-house manufacturing processes and supplier quality systems.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

Prior experience in quality management within the automotive parts industry, or experience working with HMMA (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama) or Hyundai Motor Group suppliers. Fluent in Korean and English (Bilingual required): Capable of conducting technical meetings with customers and preparing/reporting quality performance to headquarters.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in quality management and statistical tools, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, and PPAP .

Computer Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.
