Job Description

The Quality Assurance Field Representative is responsible for the coordination of all product issues between Kasai NA and the assigned customer. He/she acts as an on-site liaison and oversees all efforts to correct nonconformities in product and/or service as improvements in product and/or service. Typical interaction is with the assigned customer personnel and Quality Assurance Engineering and Production Management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates all product/service issues at the customer site to achieve Top Supplier Status. Document all concerns, instructions, requests, etc. relating to the coordination of customer/Kasai improvement efforts. Interact with external customers and internal customers. Meets quality and quantity levels of assigned work, housekeeping, and safe work practices. Coordinate rejected material movement between Kasai NA and assigned customers Generate reports, graphs, and charts as needed. Oversees data collection and interpretation to coordinate improvement efforts. Verify the accuracy of all documentation. >Monitor and enforce ISO/TS16949 and
ISO 14001
policies and procedures. Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the
Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures Education:
High School Diploma or GED 6.
Experience:
2 or more years of manufacturing experience. 7.
Skills:
Above average mathematical skills, written skills, and verbal skills. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc. Computer literate Capable of overall professionalism in a business environment Capable of using basic measurements devices such as micrometers, calipers, indicators and etc. >Must have the ability to judge color visually and must pass the Farnsworth - Muncell 100 Hue test yearly & pass test with a minimum score of 50 8. Position:
Documented training in internal or lead auditing to any of the standards listed above. 9.
Other:
Ability to travel for extended periods of time with limited prior notice. Must be able to work any assigned shift.
